Laguna Verde

Laguna Verde is a tourist complex on the shore of Fieni lake, in Balotești commune, Ilfov county, about 15 km from Bucharest. The lake, long and narrow, of about 40 hectares, winds for almost 2.5 km between the forest on the north shore and the fields towards Căciulați. The reception and accommodation are on Strada Broscari, at the west end, and the restaurant on Strada Armatei, at the east end. In the lake live carp, grass carp, crucian carp, bighead carp, catfish, zander and pike. The lake is stocked every year in March, with the opening of the fishing season. The fishing spots are the concrete pontoons on the north shore, lined up along the dirt road at the edge of the forest and illuminated at night, a gazebo with its pontoon and the pontoons in front of the accommodations. The complex has a restaurant with a terrace above the water, accommodation in villas, VIP cabins and rustic caravans, parking, playground for children, horse riding, pedal boats and kayaks.
