La Conac

La Conac is a fishing and accommodation complex on the edge of Putineiu village, in Giurgiu county. It has two fishing lakes placed one next to the other and separated by a dam with a road: Lake 1, of about 2.8 hectares, and Lake 2, of about 1.8 hectares, smaller and more secluded. The third lake, near the village, is under development for predator fishing. The lakes are periodically stocked with common carp and Salonta carp, grass carp, crucian carp, bighead carp, zander and pike, and in Lake 2 there also lives catfish. On the south bank of Lake 1 are the 15 cabins of the complex, 14 standard and one VIP, with parking next to them. Along the banks are gazebos and grills, and the willows on the bank provide shade in summer. Fishing is done by sectors: A1 to A20 all around Lake 1 and B1 to B10 on Lake 2. You cannot enter the bank of the lakes with the car.
