Magic Lake

Magic Lake is a sport fishing complex near the village of Coșeni, about 9 km from Sfântu Gheorghe, on the road to Chichiș, in Covasna county. It has two waters separated by a dam: the large lake, of about 9 hectares, and the small lake, of almost 2 hectares; the water reaches up to 10 m deep. The land is private, without neighbors, with a view towards the surrounding hills. The waters are populated with carp, grass carp, sturgeon, catfish, crucian carp, bream, zander, pike and perch, with a density of about 2 tons of fish per hectare. The complex's records are a 44 kg catfish, a 27 kg grass carp, a 25 kg carp, a 21 kg sturgeon and an 18 kg pike. On the large lake there are 25 numbered fishing pontoons, and ten of them have a small house for two people behind them. On the small lake there are four VIP stands, each with its own house. The complex has parking, toilets and showers, permanent security and video surveillance.
